Good Paradigm

The best instruments are chosen

GoodReason’s ideal is to enable a multidisciplinary innovation platform on a meta level. The areas of success are mapped with “Good” criteria. Concepts and theories are useful instruments, and their value to people is not measured by ideological grounds, but by how effectively they explain and predict phenomena (see Instrumentalism)/3.2.2024.

Instrumentalism as a meta meta theory for innovating.

A good (“Good”) and the most suitable metatheory is created for the selected reference framework, with which a good (the most relevant) metamodeling result of the interactions is generated, and a further good understanding of the ways of thinking needed for change (metaparadigm). The symbols (in Fig.): development, solution and implementation methods on the right side of the diagram are chosen from the most suitable options, according to which competence areas are determined (architecture, heuristics and implementation techniques).

Since the determination takes place on a meta-level, the method is universal, and it gives the opportunity to iterate, using holarchy, the innovation method that best matches the whole, with feedback systems and interfaces.

Universal architecture for sustainable development

Due to its universality, the meta-level architecture offers a theoretical innovation platform to select and configure the framework for the global sustainable development project program (SDG 1-17). The goal is to create sustainable, competitive and socially beneficial (“good”) solutions and products.

The five demonstrations in the innovation book and the framing of the energy sector as a challenge are some examples of how a uniform research and development logic can be found for completely different topics, with decisions and methods that can be transferred to practice.
